Find the power to focus on what is essential and truly accomplish yourself
Like you, I got lost along the way. I've had that feeling of being sidetracked from my true mission. I've lost inspiration, motivation and fun at times, to the point of having trouble recognizing myself in the mirror. To the point of doubting myself.
That's why today I accompany people like you who aspire to surpass themselves while working for the common good. I help you to find the strength to go back to the essential and to find the courage to unleash your power within.
No matter the external circumstances, the political games, the pitfalls, the setbacks, the criticisms, the betrayals, the failures, you will never feel out of the race again. You will be driven by the certainty, pride and pleasure of being the leader you dream of embodying.
Are you familiar with these situations?
Today you have all the external signs of wealth and success... But when you get up in the morning, you lack motivation and you wonder where the sacred fire has gone, where the passion of the beginning has gone.
You are the envy and admiration of those around you, both personal and professional... But when you go to bed at night, you feel like a waste. You feel that you haven't used the best hours of your day and your talents to do what's really important.
You feel like you've done everything you needed to do to finally feel fulfilled... But when you look at the fullness displayed by your outer life, it only reflects the emptiness you feel on the inside.

"I help leaders regain the power to focus on what matters."
For over 20 years, I have been helping conscious leaders and executives maximize their influence and positive impact on their teams, their ecosystem and the planet. A professional coach (CPCC & PCC), certified by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am also a trainer and speaker, and inspire individuals and organizations to take a fresh look at leadership and performance.
My approach brings together three complementary pedagogical foundations that cover a broad spectrum of intervention. It is during my studies, my adventures and my professional achievements that I have formed and appropriated three schools of thought to unify them under one approach.
The Co-active Training institute's Co-Active Leadership Model promotes personal growth through exploration, conversation, awareness and most importantly, experiencing the infinite possibilities of life through action. The Coactive™ Model helps to expand the coachee's field of vision, move them out of their comfort zone and help them grow along the way.
Positive psychology studies the conditions and processes that contribute to the flourishing and optimal functioning of people, groups and institutions. It is concerned with health, quality of life and well-being, and what makes humans resilient, happy and optimistic. My approach is based on the work of Tal Ben Sahar, Shawn Achor and Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, among others.
Mindfulness is the art of knowing how to invest oneself totally in the present moment, to synchronize with reality, with one's body and with what surrounds us in a global way. It is a meditative discipline where we touch the essence of life and what dwells in it. Its benefits and advantages are now scientifically proven. My approach is inspired by the work of the Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh.

"I was able to refocus on what matters most to me. It has allowed me to go beyond my limits, confront my fears and take courageous action. I am more confident and feel ready to take on any challenge, in balance, and for the benefit of the common good.
Philippe, President of a public organization
"Working with Morvan has allowed me to regain my power as a leader and even exceed it. By relying on the strength of my intuition, my deepest values and a whole new internal lexicon, I confronted my fears and stopped the internal babble. I assume my leadership role with even more solidity but, above all, with much more pleasure.
Sonia, CEO of a state-owned company
"In just a few sessions, we touched on key topics, including the deep issues hidden beneath my desire for change. Morvan pushed me to name my fears, to find the courage to confront them afterwards, and to focus on the essential. Today, I have changed my life, my path, and I have left, confident, to live a beautiful adventure in which Morvan has constantly supported and accompanied me."
